- Please note your account email and your delivery email address must match for you to recive points as it is an automated process.

More than 80% of the food (by weight) is returned to us.
You must accompany the food with a letter (minimum of 50 words) explaining why you are dissatisfied with the product, including your name address and contact details.
The product returned, must still be in date.
No expired stock will be accepted.
A proof of purchase will also be required.
The product will be returned at the customer’s postage cost.
If the product is deemed faulty by ENVE we reserve the right to decide on the refund of any postage.

- If ENVE decides solely at our discretion to make a gift or discount, which makes an exception to the terms and conditions listed here, it is to be treated as a one off occurrence and all terms and conditions remain unchanged, for all and any other instances.

LOYALTY PAW POINTS PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are automatically enrolled in to our loyalty Paw points programme when you register on our site www.envedogfood.com
- If you register with us you accept these terms and conditions. We may refuse an application to join the Loyalty Programme for any reason at our sole discretion including (but not limited to) risk of reputational damage to us, any reasonable suspicion of previous criminal activity including any previous history of verbal abuse via social media, email or othjerwise to enve staff or company.
- Once you have registered @ www.envedogfood.com a Loyalty Account will be created in your name to record points to be earned or redeemed by you. You must be 16 years of age or over and resident in the UK to join the Loyalty Paw Points programme.
- Loyalty Points are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anybody else. Loyalty Points may only be redeemed and earned in accordance with these terms.
5. The Loyalty Programme is only for consumer use.
- If you are on our fosterer discount program you will not be eligible to use your points but like every registered account you will see and accumulate points with every purchase, your points will be set back to zero monthly.
- If you materially breach these terms, and where such breach can be remedied, if you do not remedy the breach within 30 days of a written notice of the breach from Enve Dog food or Partners Pet Supermarkets Group Ltd reasonably believes that you have breached these terms and/or abused the Loyalty Programme, your Loyalty points may be terminated, any points earned but not redeemed may be cancelled and your Loyalty points account closed without prior notice. Partners Pet supermarkets group reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary where a Loyalty points account holder is found to have abused the Loyalty Programme.
- In addition to the above, Partners Pet Supermarkets Group reserves the right to (i) stop issuing Loyalty points at anytime if we decide to terminate the Loyalty Programme; (ii) to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Loyalty account and/or the Loyalty Programme by publishing notices on our website www.envedogfood.com; and/or (iii) withdraw or cancel the Loyalty points (including but not limited to the redemption and issue of such) and/or Loyalty Account on reasonable notice to you by letter, email or publishing such notice on our website at www.envedogfood.com
- We will retain your personal information for as long as you are a member of the Loyalty Programme. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at email@example.com

HOW TO COLLECT POINTS
- Points are awarded automatically upon a completed purchase of goods on our site www.envedogfood.com from date of Paw points Launch 24/08/2020 previous purchases before launch cannot be added.
- Points cannot be earned on any postage paid.
- You must be a registered customer to collect points, Paw points are unable to be awarded for guest checkout.
- You must spend at least £1 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for points. Then 1 point will be awarded for every £1 spent. (Excluding any postage or extra transaction charges for exsample paypal fee. The amount of points awarded can be altered at the discretion of Partners Pet Supermarkets Group Ltd.
- Partners Pet Supermarkets Group Ltd reserves the right to offer bonus points on certain products or for activities like posting a review on a product or referring a friend as selected by us from time to time and in our sole discretion.
- Points will be added to your Loyalty Programme instantly upon a completed order 6.
- The current redemption value of points is one point equals 1 penny. We reserve the right to vary the redemption value at anytime or add and remove points at any time with no warning or exsplanation.
- Partners Pet Supermarkets group ltd are entitled to cancel points awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given.
HOW TO REDEEM POINTS
- You can redeem any amount of points you have earned against any purchase you are making at anytime at the checkout screen.
